Our Personal Care Workers are:

• Caring

• Capable

• Mature

• Responsible

• Healthy

• Well rounded

• Able to read, write and follow directions

• Willing and able to learn

• Able to work and relate with elderly and disabled people from a variety of different cultural backgrounds

• Able to maintain confidentiality

 Our Personal Care Workers are required to have:

• A Police Certificate

• A current First Aid Certificate

• A valid Driver Licence

• A reliable, registered vehicle

• A working mobile telephone

• In addition, our Respite Carers and Hygiene Service Providers are required to hold:

• A Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent
